EPCOT's Spaceship Earth Closing On May 26th

EPCOT's icon Spaceship Earth is closing on May 26th for a major refurbishment which will mainly involve some much needed work on the tracks and bringing everything up to 2020 standards. There will be some updates to the scenes with new technology coming into the mix.

Disney Parks Blog released some new concept art showing the upgrades to the Egypt portion of the attraction. Everything will be transformed through the power of light!

We are excited to see these changes and much more that are coming to EPCOT. EPCOT is an ever evolving park that will continue to give new experiences to many generations. As more information is released we'll make sure to keep you in the know!
